Terms & Conditions for Members and/or Advertisers
By purchasing a package or through selling products/property/equipment on the Biopages website, you agree to comply with the standard Terms & Conditions listed in this document. By entering into an agreement with Biopages advertisers are legally bound to the advertising terms and conditions of the website. These Terms and Conditions may change at any time. Members and /or advertisers will be able to review these changes by reviewing the current Terms and Conditions as shown on the Biopages website. It is important that you read this document carefully and review it regularly. It is the responsibility of the Advertiser to make themselves aware of the current Terms and Conditions. Further agreements may apply in relation to other features on the site.
The use of our site is limited to those who can form legally binding contracts.
Definitions
Biopages refers to Biopages Pty Ltd, owner of www.biopages.com.au.
Site or Website refers to www.biopages.com.au.
Advertiser: refers to the business purchasing advertising on the website.
Packages: refers to the annual subscription made to Biopages for marketing (e.g., Silver, Gold or Platinum).
Seller: refers to businesses selling products/equipment/property or otherwise through the biopages site.
Those using Biopages acknowledge that
All information on the site including (but not limited to) logos, text and graphics are proprietary to Biopages or to third parties.
Whilst all reasonable attempts have been made to ensure the accuracy of the content on the Biopages website we do not guarantee that the information on the site is correct.
Biopages reserves the right to develop new packages.
You may only download or print limited quantities of the content of the Biopages site as is necessary to evaluate the products or services. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any of the material listed on the Biopages site without the written consent of Biopages.
The term ‘Biopages’ may not be used in a way which denigrates our company products or services.
Furthermore, you agree and guarantee that you will not exploit the content of the site. You also agree that you will abide by all relevant laws and regulations in relation to Biopages site and its content. You will hold responsibility for any violations the aforementioned laws and regulations.
Biopages does not endorse the content provided by Advertisers or Sellers. Biopages does not provide advice or recommendations relating to the products or services described on its site.
In the case of a dispute between the purchaser and the seller of a product or service you acknowledge that Biopages accepts no liability for loss or damages. In no way will you be entitled to claim damages in relation to the sites’ content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Biopages and Biopages personnel from all claims and allegations in relation to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Those Advertising or selling products must
Use a registered business.
Adhere to all relevant national and international laws.
Advertisers must have authorisation to market or sell the products listed on the site.
Those selling or marketing products must not make unsubstantiated claims and they must accurately describe the purpose or use of the products.
Agree to abide by the parameters of the advertising package they purchase.
Agree to provide contact details and other information for listing on the site in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Biopages declares its right
To change the features and limitations of advertising packages.
To deny any business from advertising or selling on the website.
To terminate an advertisers package and refund the remainder of the Advertisers’ package cost according to the time which has passed.
Renewal of Packages – Before the expiry of your package, an email reminder will be dispatched to the email address supplied to Biopages. Whilst Biopages will endeavour to notify the advertiser of the upcoming expiry of its package it accepts no responsibility for reaching the appropriate contact. It is sole the responsibility of the advertiser to submit payment in full before the expiration date in order to maintain their preferential ranking in their chosen package. Following expiry of an advertiser's package, Biopages reserves the right to remove all advertisers’ information from the website.
